Job Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing experiences for OOSAL’s web and upcoming mobile platforms. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to design modern interfaces, optimize user flows, and build a consistent design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.

• Improve user journeys and optimize usability across flows.

• Build and maintain a consistent design system for OOSAL.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature design.

• Conduct UX research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to guide improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.

• Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.

• Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, or B2B platforms.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and accessibility.

• High attention to detail with fast, clean, high-quality delivery.

• Ability to create scalable design systems from scratch.

• Ability to conduct UX research and translate insights into design improvements.

Portfolio Requirement:
Applicants must provide a design portfolio or demo, including Figma designs or live projects. Applications without a design sample will not be considered.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in startups or fast-paced product teams.

• Familiarity with Flutter or React component structure.

• Experience designing onboarding, subscription, or payment flows.

• Understanding of Tailwind CSS and its application in design systems.
