Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants with a minimum of 6 months of UAE real estate experience. The role offers a lucrative commission structure, premium leads, and opportunities to participate in international property exhibitions. This position is ideal for sales-driven professionals passionate about real estate and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads provided by the company and through personal networks.

• Conduct property tours, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Promote properties via social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Stay updated with local real estate trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of UAE real estate experience.

• Closed 1–2 deals in the past 6 months.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Social media presence and digital marketing knowledge.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
