Dibba Mountain Park Resort is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join its team in Fujairah Emirate. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests. The Housekeeping Attendant will also assist with laundry tasks, organizing furniture, restocking amenities, and responding promptly to guest requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, common areas, and resort facilities.

• Perform laundry duties and ensure proper handling of linens and guest items.

• Arrange and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.

• Restock guest amenities and ensure all areas are well-prepared for arrivals.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns.

• Follow safety, health, and resort procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Assist in training and support for housekeeping best practices as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and team members.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety and cleaning protocols.

• Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment and safety measures is preferred.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.
