The ideal candidate will provide exceptional beverage service, create memorable guest experiences, and embody the energetic, vibrant, and welcoming atmosphere that defines the Aloft brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized interactions and attention to detail.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.

• Engage with guests in a lively and approachable manner, fostering a fun and inviting bar experience.

• Monitor and manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Support the team in creating a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment reflective of the Aloft brand.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology trends.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Passionate, confident, and creative personality with a guest-first mindset.

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
