Hire Rightt, a leading HR advisory and executive search firm, is seeking an Assistant HR Manager (Emirati Talent) to join their Dubai office. The role focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies, managing Emirati talent acquisition, and fostering strong employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Serve as a bridge between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues.

• Manage candidate selection and recruitment processes, including international and local talent acquisition.

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high employee performance.

• Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees and ensure smooth integration.

• Monitor business trends to set and review departmental objectives.

• Refine and execute employee standards and procedures, improving HR systems and processes.

• Assist with recruitment efforts and conduct orientation and training programs for employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.

• Proficient in HR systems and databases.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of Emiratization and local labor regulations is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 27,000 per month
