They are looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to join their team. This full-time, on-site, commission-based role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Agents will receive daily fresh leads, premium marketing tools, and support to maximize their sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in property buying, selling, and renting transactions.

• Conduct property viewings and showings.

• Negotiate contracts and manage documentation.

• Build and maintain a client portfolio.

• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends.

• Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid UAE Real Estate License.

• Proven experience in real estate transactions and sales.

• Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
