Royal Canadian Real Estate, a leading real estate and property development firm in the UAE, is seeking a highly qualified Arabic-Speaking Lawyer to join its legal team. The role focuses on supporting real estate transactions, property development, and construction projects while ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. This position is ideal for experienced legal professionals fluent in Arabic and English, with expertise in real estate and property development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, land acquisition, and property development.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and development contracts.

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including RERA, DLD, and free zone authorities.

• Manage legal aspects of building and construction projects, including contractor agreements and dispute resolution.

• Represent the company before governmental bodies and legal authorities when required.

• Provide strategic legal guidance to senior management and project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from an accredited university.

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience in real estate and property development within the UAE.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate, construction, and corporate laws.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
