As a Real Estate Agent, you will handle property sales and rentals, manage client relationships, and represent top developers across Dubai’s thriving real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries and provide expert advice on buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai.

• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals efficiently.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners.

• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage listings, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Promote and sell exclusive properties and projects from top developers like Emaar, Arada, Sobha, and more.

• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, regulations, and market opportunities.

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience that aligns with GI Properties’ standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE (sales or leasing).

• Proven track record of successful property transactions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).

• Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and teamwork capabilities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals such as Bayut and Property Finder.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
