The company is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to join its dynamic team and drive real estate transactions through expert advice, strong client relationships, and deep market understanding. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Analyze market trends to provide clients with accurate insights and investment recommendations.

• Generate and convert qualified sales leads to achieve company targets.

• Manage property viewings, negotiations, and documentation processes with professionalism and precision.

• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize client experience and streamline transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or consultancy, preferably in the UAE market.

• Strong consulting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of current Dubai property market trends and regulations.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

• Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification are desirable.
