In this on-site, full-time role, the Real Estate Agent will work closely with European-speaking clients, guiding them through property transactions and investment opportunities while ensuring exceptional service and adherence to UAE real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist European-speaking clients in buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi real estate with precision and professionalism.

• Provide expert advice on luxury properties, investment options, and current market trends.

• Support clients in obtaining Golden Visas through eligible property investments.

• Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and manage all transaction stages efficiently.

• Build strong client relationships using multilingual communication skills.

• Stay informed about UAE real estate laws, industry regulations, and emerging developments.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property listings to target audiences.

• Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) and proficient English communication skills.

• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including key neighborhoods and developments.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

• Knowledge of UAE property laws, contracts, and investment processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

• UAE driving license and access to transportation are advantageous.

• Valid UAE real estate license is an added advantage.
