Miduty, a dynamic and fast-growing brand in the beauty, health, and lifestyle industry, is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Associate to join its Dubai-based marketing team. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and executing engaging social media strategies across multiple global platforms while ensuring brand consistency and strong audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube across UAE and international markets.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing, trend-driven posts, reels, and videos.

• Adapt and localize content to suit regional audiences and cultural preferences.

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth, providing actionable insights.

• Coordinate with influencers and content creators under the direction of the Marketing Specialist.

• Stay updated on regional trends, competitors, and social media behavior.

• Maintain brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all digital platforms.

• Support in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns and collaborations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in managing social media platforms, preferably within beauty, health, or lifestyle sectors.

• Deep understanding of international and Middle East social media trends.

• Proficiency in content planning, caption writing, and basic video editing for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.

• Creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Strong coordination and communication skills to collaborate across teams.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.) is an advantage.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment.
