Responsibilities:

• Manage client portfolios and property listings effectively.

• Handle sales and leasing transactions from initiation to completion.

• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and property options.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (off-plan experience preferred).

• Strong negotiation, closing, and sales skills.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management.

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai property laws and developer offerings.

• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
