Rotana Hotels is seeking a Bartender/Bartendress to join their Food & Beverage team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role focuses on delivering exceptional beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and efficiency at the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel standards.

• Set up the bar and prepare all mise-en-place for service.

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and all equipment throughout service.

• Deliver prompt and courteous service to all guests.

• Contribute to sales activities and maximize revenue through innovative beverage offerings.

• Ensure total guest satisfaction and support organizational profitability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bar operations.

• Excellent command of English; strong interpersonal and guest service skills.

• Knowledge of wines, liquors, and cocktails is a plus.

• Positive, hands-on attitude with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
