Anantara Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand, is seeking a Duty Manager (Female) to provide exceptional guest experiences and oversee operations during assigned shifts. This role involves managing guest arrivals, VIP inspections, night audits, coordinating housekeeping, and ensuring smooth hotel operations. Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main guest contact 24/7 and ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Monitor night arrivals and ensure all reservations and requests are smoothly handled.

• Conduct VIP room inspections, arrivals, and departures.

• Perform night audit following resort standards and procedures.

• Submit and follow up on housekeeping and cleaning requests.

• Ensure team members are knowledgeable about hotel services, facilities, rates, and outlets.

• Attend and participate in training sessions as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

• 2–4 years of luxury hospitality experience, preferably in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, leisure, or service sector.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage operational priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with hotel management software.

• Genuine passion for hospitality and people.
