Marriott International is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai to create an exceptional first and last impression for guests. The role ensures a seamless arrival and departure experience, providing personalized service, handling operational needs, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

Address guest requests, provide information about the hotel and local area.

Handle operational tasks such as reporting, lifting, transporting, and organizing items safely (up to 23 kg individually, above 34 kg with assistance).

Maintain a safe and professional workspace, adhering to hotel policies and confidentiality standards.

Ensure personal appearance, uniform, and communication reflect the company’s professional standards.

Promote a welcoming, friendly, and inclusive environment for all guests.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or hotel operations preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work on your feet for long periods and perform physical tasks.
