About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and analytical Junior CFO to join a forward-thinking financial services firm in Dubai. This is not a traditional finance role — it blends financial control, business strategy, and digital innovation. You will manage the company’s financial operations while leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics to build intelligent dashboards and models that drive decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow, payroll, financial reporting, and budgeting to ensure operational and fiscal efficiency.

• Develop and maintain automated financial dashboards using tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to streamline forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes.

• Coordinate with external accountants to ensure compliance, invoicing accuracy, and financial transparency.

• Design and implement strategic financial plans that optimize margins, reduce costs, and enhance liquidity.

• Prepare and present monthly forecasts, dashboards, and performance summaries to senior management and founders.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to track ROI, campaign budgets, and overall business performance.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or within Fintech/start-up environments.

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills in Google Sheets or Excel.

• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Strong understanding of AI-driven financial workflows and automation tools.

• Experience in proprietary trading, fintech, or performance marketing is an advantage.

• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and based in or open to relocation to Dubai, UAE.

Compensation & Details

• Salary: AED 9,000 – 13,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
