About the Role
Egis Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer – Bridge Maintenance to join our Infrastructure Division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in bridge maintenance projects within the UAE, particularly with RTA or ADM. This role requires technical proficiency in managing, inspecting, and repairing bridge structures including expansion joints, bearings, and concrete components to ensure safety, durability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all bridge maintenance and repair activities in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational site issues.

• Review drawings, specifications, and maintenance schedules to ensure accurate implementation of works.

• Plan, monitor, and control daily site operations to meet project milestones and productivity goals.

• Conduct site inspections, prepare technical assessment reports, and propose remedial actions for structural concerns.

• Ensure strict adherence to RTA/ADM guidelines, QA/QC procedures, and project documentation standards.

• Support the Project Manager in preparing progress reports, work schedules, and cost monitoring updates.

• Maintain detailed project documentation and participate in project handover and final inspection procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in bridge maintenance or infrastructure projects within the UAE.

• Proven experience on RTA or ADM projects is essential.

• Strong technical knowledge of bridge inspection, maintenance, and repair techniques.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and report-writing skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation software.

• Valid UAE Driving License required.
