About the Role
Charterhouse is partnering with a prestigious, publicly listed global wealth management firm that oversees more than USD 50 billion in assets. As part of its UAE expansion, the firm is seeking an accomplished Senior Director – Private Banking & Wealth Management to join its DIFC office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients across multiple jurisdictions.

• Offer personalized wealth management, investment, and advisory solutions aligned with client objectives.

• Transfer or onboard an existing client book while identifying new opportunities for business development.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic client services and ensure long-term relationship management.

• Maintain high levels of compliance with DIFC regulations and the firm’s global governance standards.

• Represent the firm at industry events, private banking forums, and client networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in private banking or wealth management with HNI/UHNI clients.

• Currently employed at or recently associated with a leading international bank or wealth management firm.

• Ability to transfer or develop a client book within the first 12 months.

• Extensive experience building relationships and trust through long-term client engagement.

• Strong international client network and understanding of cross-border financial solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
