This role focuses on turning strategy and insights into scroll-stopping ads that drive clicks and conversions across Meta, Google, Microsoft, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt ads for paid social, display, and video campaigns.

• Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback.

• Maintain brand consistency across languages, audiences, and formats.

• Contribute ideas for creative testing and performance frameworks.

• Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital advertising.

• Ensure designs are visually appealing and performance-driven.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital or performance design.

• Portfolio showcasing high-performing ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).

• Motion design skills are a plus.

• Strong understanding of CTR, CVR, and CAC impact.

• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.

• Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
