Masterminds VIP Micro-School is seeking a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to manage and elevate the school’s digital presence. The role involves creating viral-ready content, managing social media strategy, and engaging communities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and X. The ideal candidate will have experience targeting luxury audiences, creating high-quality digital content, and driving engagement for premium brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for UAE and US audiences.

• Create, shoot, and edit professional photos and videos, including Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.

• Produce motion graphics and animations to enhance content storytelling.

• Write on-brand, engaging copy for social media posts.

• Monitor, engage, and grow social media communities, responding to comments and messages professionally.

• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize content based on insights.

• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align social media activities with broader campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 1–3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation with a strong portfolio.

• Proven track record of creating high-engagement content and growing social media accounts.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).

• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.

• Knowledge of luxury brand marketing and targeting high-net-worth audiences.

• Understanding of social media algorithms and cultural nuances in UAE and US markets.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Additional language skills (Russian, French) are an advantage.
