Emarat is seeking a Vice President Corporate Finance to lead and manage the company’s financial strategy and operations. This senior role focuses on assessing risks, managing treasury and receivables, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic planning, drive operational efficiency, and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Emarat’s financial strategy, treasury, and receivables management.

  • Contribute to the company’s vision, mission, and strategy with actionable insights.

  • Manage delegation of authority, clarify team roles, and ensure continuity of operations.

  • Communicate departmental performance to internal stakeholders and support external communications.

  • Implement strategies to optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and promote digitalization.

  • Conduct periodic reviews of financial policies and procedures to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Generate timely and accurate financial reports, including cash flow and receivables aging.

  • Manage banking relationships locally and internationally.

  • Forecast cash flow, assess borrowing needs, and implement liquidity strategies.

  • Participate in feasibility studies and evaluate financial impacts of new projects.

  • Negotiate loan proposals and manage financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and operational risks.

  • Supervise accounts receivable, ensure timely invoicing and collection, and lead credit committee meetings.

  • Evaluate and manage investment opportunities aligned with strategic goals.

  • Develop and execute capital structure strategies, assess funding costs, and optimize shareholder value.

  • Drive working capital efficiency, monitor cash conversion cycle, and improve free cash flow.

  • Prepare investor presentations, capital market disclosures, and earnings call briefings.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in managerial roles.

  • Knowledge in treasury, risk management, and receivables preferred.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • UAE Nationals preferred.
