Aramex is seeking a Business Development Executive – Pharma to drive financial growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts in the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves strategic relationship-building, providing tailored storage and transport solutions, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented, skilled in negotiation, and experienced in logistics or shipping within the pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and nurture leads in coordination with marketing activities to drive new revenue growth.

Cultivate and expand relationships within assigned regions using a value-based approach.

Manage existing accounts to ensure sustainable revenue growth and explore new regions/products.

Analyze customers’ business objectives and act as a consultant to provide tailored solutions.

Present Aramex solutions to customers, aligning with their business goals.

Build relationships with key contacts within target organizations to maximize leverage.

Collaborate with the solutions group to define innovative solutions adding business value.

Ensure seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Input and update all customer information in CRM systems.

Conduct industry research to stay informed on trends, best practices, and marketing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or shipping.

Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to collaborate with global and local leaders to achieve commercial goals.

Knowledge of financial acumen, business development, and customer-centric strategies.
