Knight Frank MENA, a global leader in property consultancy, is hiring an Intern for the Project & Development Services (P&DS) division at its Dubai office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in project management, development, and construction consultancy within a world-class professional environment.

The intern will assist the P&DS team across various stages of commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects, supporting documentation, coordination, reporting, and team logistics. The role provides mentorship, exposure to multidisciplinary teams, and the potential for a future full-time position within Knight Frank MENA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of P&DS UAE in managing departmental invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.

• Coordinate bookings, travel, events, and onboarding activities in line with company policies.

• Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, audits, and compliance records.

• Assist with project scheduling, human resources coordination, and administrative processes.

• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to prepare proposals, pitches, and marketing collateral.

• Update and manage project logs, client reports, and document control systems.

• Capture meeting minutes and maintain accurate records of ongoing projects.

• Support the identification of new business leads and development opportunities across the region.

• Assist in social media promotion and marketing of P&DS services in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project documentation and business development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in the Middle East preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).

• Flexible and willing to travel when required.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
