Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a flawless guest experience through every stage of the customer journey.

Conduct all Front Office operational tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.

Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to exceed expectations.

Resolve complaints promptly and ensure adequate service recovery.

Maintain clear communication and teamwork with colleagues to enhance service delivery.

Uphold the Emaar DNA — putting customers first, acting with ownership, and driving results.
Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

At least 2 years in a supervisory role or similar position in a 5-star hotel.

High school diploma required; degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive attitude are essential.
