Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a flawless guest experience through every stage of the customer journey.

• Conduct all Front Office operational tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures.

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to exceed expectations.

• Resolve complaints promptly and ensure adequate service recovery.

• Maintain clear communication and teamwork with colleagues to enhance service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• At least 2 years in a supervisory role or similar position in a 5-star hotel.

• High school diploma required; degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

• Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive attitude are essential.
