LXR Hotels & Resorts by Hilton is an exclusive collection of luxury properties offering refined hospitality experiences worldwide. The LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi is preparing for its grand opening and is looking for a talented Barista to join the Lobby Lounge team.

In this role, you will craft premium coffee and tea beverages while providing exceptional service that reflects Hilton’s luxury standards. You will help create memorable guest experiences in a sophisticated and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to LXR standards.

• Offer a warm and personalized guest experience, understanding individual preferences.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee station.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing tools efficiently.

• Ensure consistency in beverage taste and presentation.

• Recommend and upsell seasonal beverages, pastries, or pairing options.

• Handle cash transactions accurately in compliance with Hilton’s procedures.

• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Support the Food & Beverage team with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel or café environment.

• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and a friendly, engaging demeanor.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Flexibility to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
