ReelUpsid, a fast-growing social media agency based in Dubai, is looking for a Social Media Operations Manager to bring creativity, structure, and energy to their daily operations. The role bridges communication between clients, creative teams, and management — ensuring content is produced, approved, and delivered seamlessly across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage client shoots, from planning to on-site execution.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content ideas tailored to each client.

Prepare and manage monthly content calendars for client approval.

Support and direct shoots to ensure the creative vision is achieved.

Manage video production workflow, including assigning tasks to editors and tracking feedback.

Handle client communications regarding feedback, updates, and content approvals.

Oversee social media posting and reporting, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.

Maintain smooth operational flow by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team coordination.
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in social media management, operations, or marketing.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and knowledge of social media trends.

Basic understanding of video production and editing processes.

Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
