iSTYLE UAE is looking for a Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Nakheel Mall store. The role focuses on operational excellence, team management, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and optimizing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Operations:

• Define, develop, and implement the store operational plan to exceed sales objectives.

• Establish sales budgets and targets, cascade to the team, and ensure targets are met.

• Apply Apple planogram standards in-store.

• Manage daily operations, customer service, and profitability in line with company goals.

• Maintain store appearance and staff adherence to Apple guidelines; evaluate audit/mystery shopper reports for improvement.

• Oversee inventory storage, tracking, and merchandising; report issues or opportunities to Retail Manager.

• Optimize floor coverage and prepare staff schedules.

• Ensure implementation of cash management and other policies; reconcile cash registers accurately.

• Handle customer complaints and operational issues in coordination with back office teams.

• Conduct market studies and share best practices with other store managers.

• Prepare performance reports to support operational decisions.

• Collaborate with HR for staffing, training, and policy adherence.

Talent Development:

• Lead, coach, and empower the store team.

• Develop employee capabilities and maintain a solid succession plan.

• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plans.

Position Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail management.
