BIMLORD, a global leader in Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions, is seeking an MEP BIM Modeler to join their Dubai team. The role focuses on developing and managing architectural drawings, coordinating BIM processes, creating construction drawings, and overseeing submittals to ensure smooth project workflows and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural and MEP drawings for projects.

• Coordinate BIM processes to enhance collaboration across project teams.

• Create and manage construction drawings and project submittals.

• Ensure accuracy and quality of project documentation.

• Support project coordination and workflow efficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• Expertise in architecture, MEP systems, and architectural drawings.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes.

• Experience creating construction drawings and managing submittals.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Professional experience in the AEC industry is a plus.
