Job Overview:

LEGOLAND Dubai is hiring a Lifeguard to maintain the highest standards of safety across all water-based features, slides, pools, and attractions. The role includes monitoring guests, performing rescues, administering First Aid/CPR, and ensuring compliance with international water safety standards. Lifeguards may also serve as slide attendants as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict safety standards across water attractions and slides.

• Perform water rescues, administer First Aid, and CPR when required.

• Follow Lifesaving Program guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures, and Emergency Action Plans.

• Operate rides and attractions safely, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.

• Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of assigned areas within the waterpark.

• Report safety hazards and comply with all health & safety instructions.

• Assist management in upholding LEGOLAND Dubai’s operational and legal responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Primary level education or minimum 1 year of experience in a water park or related setting.

• Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and readiness for action in emergency situations.

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in sun and water conditions.

• Professional, cheerful, and guest-focused attitude.
