We are seeking a Front Office Intern for our Dubai property to support front desk operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and maintain overall efficiency in line with hotel standards. This is a full-time, on-site internship designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to develop professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.

  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.

  • Collaborate with departments to promptly fulfill guest requests.

  • Support reservations management and room assignments, considering guest preferences.

  • Handle guest inquiries and minor issues with empathy and problem-solving skills.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to appropriate departments.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

  • Contribute to a high-quality guest experience by upholding hotel service standards.

  • Adapt to various tasks and schedules as needed.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • Basic computer skills; training on hotel management software provided.

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Organizational skills and efficiency in handling multiple responsibilities.

  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to interact with diverse guests.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
