Role Overview:
Jesseena Human Resources is currently hiring a Health Educator (Patient Educator) for a Qatar Government Hospital based in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will play a key role in educating patients and the community on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness practices.

This position is ideal for healthcare professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for improving patient awareness and health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver educational programs for patients and community groups on health-related topics.

• Develop learning materials and resources to support patient education initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure consistent and accurate health messaging.

• Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to educate patients on disease management and healthy living.

• Evaluate educational outcomes and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field with an Adult Learning-related certificate, OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (preferably from Qatar University).

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare-related field.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation and teaching abilities.

• Passion for patient education and community health promotion.
