GMNSM is a premium martial arts and personal development club for both kids and adults, centered around Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and holistic personal growth. With over 12 clubs worldwide, including 4 in Dubai and 1 in Abu Dhabi, GMNSM provides a motivating environment that promotes fitness, discipline, and community development.

Role Overview:
GMNSM is seeking a Club Manager/Administrator to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure smooth club administration in Dubai (and potentially Abu Dhabi). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about customer engagement, team collaboration, and fitness culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and sell club memberships and services to new and existing clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with members.

• Handle point-of-sale operations and payment processes.

• Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate client data.

• Oversee day-to-day club operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and professionalism.

• Proficiency in English and Russian (B2+); Arabic is a plus.

• Prior experience with CRM systems like AMO or Mindbody is an advantage.

• Service-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
