Role Overview:
The Learning & Development Intern will support the HR department in designing, coordinating, and evaluating various employee training initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to talent development, organizational learning, and HR operations in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and creation of engaging training materials and resources.

• Support coordination and facilitation of internal training sessions and workshops.

• Conduct research on best practices and trends in learning and development.

• Collaborate with team members on HR and L&D initiatives.

• Provide administrative and operational support for various training programs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
