The role is ideal for experienced professionals passionate about managing Agile software development teams, leading client engagements, and driving strategic growth through technical leadership and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Oversee end-to-end software delivery management aligned with Agile and product management principles.

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring expectations are met in quality and performance.

• Guide clients in Agile product development, helping them prioritize features, manage backlogs, and drive iterations.

• Advocate Agile engineering practices such as pair programming, TDD, and continuous integration.

• Prepare detailed project reports, aligning communication with DORA metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

• Manage team performance and growth across developers, DevOps engineers, analysts, and designers.

• Ensure account profitability and client satisfaction through effective project and financial management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Proven experience in managing software development life cycles within an Agile framework.

• Strong leadership experience in software delivery and project management.

• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Octopus Deploy, TeamCity, and Azure.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with DevSecOps and resource allocation management.
