Pinsent Masons is hiring a Marketing and Business Development Assistant on a 12-month contract to support strategy delivery, marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and client relationship programs. The role is hybrid-based in Dubai and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, professional, and inclusive environment with exposure to a leading legal and professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Support delivery of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.

Assist in executing client relationship programs to enhance engagement.

Collaborate across sectors, offices, and central teams to strengthen the firm’s brand.

Build internal and external relationships to enhance the firm’s reputation.

Maintain accurate, detailed work while managing multiple priorities.

Adapt to a fast-changing environment with resilience and proactivity.

Report to the Business Development Manager and work closely with the Middle East BD and Marketing Team.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in marketing or business development, preferably in legal or professional services.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic work environment.
-
Experience working in the UAE is required.
