Marketing and Business Development Assistant – 12 Month Contract

Pinsent Masons is hiring a Marketing and Business Development Assistant on a 12-month contract to support strategy delivery, marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and client relationship programs. The role is hybrid-based in Dubai and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, professional, and inclusive environment with exposure to a leading legal and professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.

  • Assist in executing client relationship programs to enhance engagement.

  • Collaborate across sectors, offices, and central teams to strengthen the firm’s brand.

  • Build internal and external relationships to enhance the firm’s reputation.

  • Maintain accurate, detailed work while managing multiple priorities.

  • Adapt to a fast-changing environment with resilience and proactivity.

  • Report to the Business Development Manager and work closely with the Middle East BD and Marketing Team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing or business development, preferably in legal or professional services.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic work environment.

  • Experience working in the UAE is required.

Compensation & Location:

  • Contract Role: 12 months

  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Hybrid working arrangements (flexible requests considered)
