Eva Interiors is seeking a talented 3D Visualizer (Freelance) to produce high-end, photo-realistic 3D visuals for luxury residential interiors. The role involves creating accurate 3D models, renders, and animations for client presentations, ensuring alignment with design intent, brand identity, and technical accuracy. This is a remote freelance opportunity suitable for professionals experienced in luxury interior visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce photo-realistic 3D visuals for residential spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.

• Apply accurate lighting, materials, and textures following approved mood boards and EVA’s visual identity.

• Create cinematic walkthroughs or animations for client presentations.

• Translate 2D drawings and sketches into precise 3D models.

• Coordinate with 2D, FF&E, and Relationship Manager teams to ensure design accuracy.

• Ensure technical accuracy in scale, joinery details, ceiling, and MEP elements.

• Follow EVA’s standard review cycle (draft → pre-final → final).

• Maintain file organization, version control, and optimized render pipelines.

• Ensure all visuals reflect EVA’s luxury brand signature and maintain high-quality standards.

• Participate in design review sessions and communicate progress, blockers, and updates efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3D visualization and rendering for luxury interiors.

• Strong skills in rendering software, modeling, lighting, and materials.

• Ability to produce cinematic walkthroughs and animations.

• Attention to detail, technical accuracy, and brand consistency.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
