Mars is seeking dynamic and creative graduates (0–2 years’ experience) to join their DCOM team as Content Creator Lead under the Bedayaty Program. The role focuses on digital merchandising, content creation, and enhancing product visibility across digital platforms. This is a hands-on role with mentorship from senior leaders and exposure to global standards in digital commerce.
Key Responsibilities:

Roll out standards for Digital Merchandising and provide implementation expertise across MEA markets.

Brief and liaise with agencies for A+ content, secondary images, banners, and pack shot creation.

Lead pack shot content creation for all Mars Wrigley products, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling.

Develop SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions consistent with brand tone.

Design banners aligned with brand identity and DCOM requirements.

Monitor content performance and implement optimizations based on insights.

Codify best practices and share learnings across markets and platforms.
Requirements:
