This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT project coordination, digital transformation, and business alignment. You’ll play a vital part in driving global IT initiatives, supporting key projects, and ensuring the company’s technology framework remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of IT Hub to formulate and implement IT strategic plans that align with overall company objectives.

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and support the global IT Hub strategy.

• Coordinate critical regional IT topics and projects, providing structured data analysis and reports for decision-making.

• Support the IT Hub management team in operational excellence, project rollouts, and progress tracking.

• Collect and manage key project reports, ensuring timely updates for IT Hub leadership and board reporting.

• Assist in resolving regional IT issues, maintaining strong communication and proactive problem-solving.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT strategy, project coordination, or digital transformation.

• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.

• Solid technical knowledge of hardware technologies, AI trends, and IT infrastructure.

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Commercial and financial business acumen is a plus.
