Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate HR department projects and activities efficiently.

• Manage office communication, including calls, emails, and correspondence.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages.

• Maintain organized filing systems and track departmental documentation.

• Greet and assist internal and external guests in a professional manner.

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations on behalf of HR.

• Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace.

• Support emergency and safety procedures as required.

• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar HR or administrative role.
