Role Summary

Capgemini is seeking a UI/UX Developer to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for ServiceNow Health & Safety (H&S) web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for customizing the Service Portal and Now Experience Framework, ensuring compliance with corporate branding, usability, and accessibility standards.

This role requires strong collaboration with Business Analysts and the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to drive adoption and ensure seamless user experiences for EHS stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize Service Portal and Now Experience Framework for H&S users.

  • Design dashboards, reporting, and visualization of EHS KPIs.

  • Apply branding and accessibility standards across all applications.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and OCM teams to ensure adoption alignment.

  • Assist in user testing and feedback incorporation for enhanced usability.

Primary Skills

  • UI/UX design for enterprise applications.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Now Experience Framework.

Secondary Skills

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or React.

  • Strong knowledge of responsive and accessible web design principles.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX development, preferably within ServiceNow projects.

  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular or React.

  • Proven ability to design visually appealing and user-centric enterprise web and mobile applications.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
