Role Summary

Capgemini is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow Health & Safety (H&S) modules. The role involves delivering scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions aligned with architectural standards and evolving business requirements.

As a key member of the Digital Transformation team, you will collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to implement advanced ServiceNow functionalities that enhance organizational safety, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Health & Safety (H&S) applications, including Incident, Hazard, Inspections, and Risk Assessment modules.

• Develop forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and notifications to improve user experience and process efficiency.

• Implement role-based access controls (ACLs) and ensure system security compliance.

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.

• Utilize Flow Designer, App Engine, and Service Portal to automate processes and build advanced features.

• Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, scripts, and development work.

Primary Skills

• Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, and H&S.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.

Secondary Skills

• Familiarity with Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and IntegrationHub.

• Experience with Service Portal customization and UI enhancements.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Proven ability to configure and implement complex workflows in ServiceNow.

• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — mandatory.

• Experience in Health & Safety (H&S) module development preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
