The company is currently seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join its Dubai office. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an energetic and technically skilled professional with a strong understanding of water filtration and treatment systems, who can combine technical expertise with business development and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients in target industries, analyzing their operational needs and proposing tailored water filtration solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with company standards.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct client meetings and site visits to evaluate project requirements and present system solutions.

• Support the sales process with in-depth technical explanations of system performance and benefits.

• Negotiate terms and agreements in line with company policies and client expectations.

• Track market trends, competitors, and innovations in water treatment technology to identify business opportunities.

• Assist in developing marketing materials, product demonstrations, and trade fair presentations.

• Maintain comprehensive records of client communications, proposals, and project statuses.

• Provide technical input on non-conforming product evaluations and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical sales, proposal development, or project coordination within water filtration or treatment industries.

• Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and systems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and organizational strengths.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or related discipline).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
