Medicina Group of Pharmacies, one of the leading retail pharmacy chains in the UAE, is seeking a qualified and customer-focused Pharmacist to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing expert advice to patients, and ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Compound and dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.

• Advise patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and dosage schedules.

• Monitor patients’ drug therapies and recommend appropriate interventions.

• Conduct health and wellness checks, including blood pressure, glucose, and temperature monitoring.

• Maintain accurate customer and prescription records.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant pharmacy environment.

• Verify order entries, manage controlled substances, and remove expired or damaged drugs.

• Comply with all legal and professional regulations governing pharmaceutical practice.

• Support pharmacy operations through administrative and inventory management tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.

• Valid DOH/HAAD license to practice as a Pharmacist in the UAE.

• Proven experience in retail pharmacy or healthcare settings.

• Strong knowledge of dosage requirements, pharmaceutical compounds, and brands.

• Experience in OTC sales, cross-selling, and upselling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software applications.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Flexibility with work hours and location within Abu Dhabi.
