EFS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced HSE Inspector to join their team in Dubai on a freelance visa basis. The role focuses on ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HSE regulations, excellent inspection skills, and the ability to promote a culture of safety in the workplace.

This is an on-site, contract-based position for professionals already residing in the UAE with a freelance visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across various work sites.

• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Monitor compliance with local and international safety regulations.

• Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.

• Deliver HSE training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to employees.

• Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and functional.

• Support the implementation of the company’s environmental and safety management systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of UAE and international HSE regulations.

• Strong observation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.

• Proven experience in HSE inspection or safety management.

• Must hold a freelance visa and be available for on-site work in Dubai.
