The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee craftsmanship, customer service, and leadership. This role involves overseeing the coffee station, preparing premium beverages, and contributing to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the Mezo Cookies experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using a variety of brewing methods.

• Supervise and train junior baristas, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.

• Manage the daily operations of the coffee station, including inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing guests’ overall experience.

• Collaborate with the team to introduce new coffee offerings that complement Mezo Cookies’ signature treats.

• Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive, memorable interaction at every touchpoint.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a barista or senior barista in a café or bakery setting.

• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso equipment, and latte art.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of health and safety standards in food service.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or coffee training is an advantage.

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
