Job Summary:
ITP Media Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Editor to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing social media strategies that enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. This role requires a data-driven storyteller who is passionate about digital-first content, audience growth, and creative campaign execution across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand-specific social media strategies for various platforms.

Create and manage daily and weekly content calendars to align with audience behavior and trends.

Oversee social coverage for live events, from concept planning to execution.

Collaborate with editorial teams to produce engaging and shareable content — including visuals, videos, and copy.

Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to refine social strategies.

Provide feedback and training to editors and writers on best practices for social media content.

Generate weekly performance reports and track key engagement metrics.

Work with the design and commercial teams to develop creative marketing campaigns and sponsored content.

Stay up to date with industry trends, new platforms, and digital innovations.

Represent ITP Media Group at live events and create compelling on-site social content.
Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in social media management and audience growth across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., CrowdTangle, Later, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Creator Studio).

Excellent understanding of digital storytelling, trends, and engagement strategies.

Strong copywriting, communication, and visual content creation skills.

Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively with editorial and creative teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
