Job Summary:
Anantara is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented In-room Dining Order Taker to join their team in Dubai. The role involves being the first point of contact for in-room dining guests, ensuring smooth order-taking, accurate communication with the kitchen and service teams, and timely delivery of food and beverages. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guest satisfaction, uphold high service standards, and contribute to creating an exceptional in-room dining experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all in-room dining guest orders via phone.

  • Accurately record and process guest orders in the system.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.

  • Maintain full knowledge of the hotel’s menus, beverages, and services.

  • Uphold the brand’s service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.

  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.

  • Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality of all information.

  • Support other food and beverage departments when needed to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant Operations, preferably in a luxury hotel.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.

  • Excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining Anantara’s service standards.
