Mercedes-Benz Middle East is inviting applications for an Internship in Customer Process Management at its Regional Logistics Center in Dubai. This exciting opportunity is ideal for motivated, detail-oriented individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in customer order processing, claims handling, and logistics coordination within a globally renowned automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on customer orders and shipments for General Distributors (GD) across the Middle East.

Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely processing and transportation.

Handle complaint management and claim settlements efficiently.

Prepare accurate invoices and export documentation.

Monitor and manage customer backorders, escalating urgent cases where necessary.

Maintain data accuracy in internal systems, including pricing, part creation, and order reprocessing.

Support the development of reports related to backorder status and logistics flow.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business Administration or a related field.

Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or German is a plus.

Highly organized, reliable, and motivated with strong attention to detail.
