As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring product quality, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining high safety and environmental standards. You will play a key role in identifying and communicating quality issues, executing packaging inspections, and supporting continuous improvement in production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full adherence to Safety and Environmental Compliance standards and procedures.

• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and uphold 5S principles across warehouse and packaging areas.

• Identify, document, and communicate quality defects or deviations using approved reporting tools.

• Conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) quality inspections for packaging materials according to established standards.

• Collaborate with team leaders to address quality issues promptly and support improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 10 education or equivalent.

• Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Demonstrated accountability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
