Qmove is hiring a Telemarketing Specialist to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing potential customers, assisting with onboarding, collecting feedback, and achieving performance goals. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop potential customers (drivers and shippers) through phone outreach.

• Assist clients in uploading documents and completing verification processes on the platform.

• Collect and report customer feedback for service improvement.

• Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior telemarketing or sales experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Team-oriented, adaptable to flexible working hours.

• Knowledge of the Dubai market or logistics industry is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Total Compensation: AED 3,700 (Basic + Allowances)

• Performance Bonus: Up to AED 2,300 per month (based on results)

• Salary paid on the 10th of every month.

• Company-provided work visa.
